Every AI reply passes one gate

The agent never talks to your customers directly. Every reply it writes is checked by the help desk first, and here is what the check looks at.

The agent in Serene Resolve has no line to your customers. It can’t open a chat or send an email. It hands its reply to the help desk, and the help desk decides whether it goes out.

What the gate checks

  • The agent is switched on for this brand, and nobody has paused it.
  • The ticket is still with the agent. Once a person takes over, the agent’s replies stop.
  • The reply is based on something real: your documentation, or a lookup the agent did on this ticket. Facts and numbers in the reply have to appear in those sources.
  • It makes no promise your team has ruled out.
  • It contains no other customer’s data.
  • Account details only go to a customer the desk has confirmed.
  • It is labelled as written by AI.

If a check on the reply itself fails, nothing is sent and the failure is recorded on the ticket. The agent hands the ticket to a person, with its draft attached for them to fix. If the agent was paused or a person had taken over, the reply is simply dropped.

Why one gate matters

Because every reply goes through the same place, the checks are not something the agent is asked to do. They are something it can’t get around. And because all replies live on the ticket, a person who takes over sees everything that was said.
