We don’t take messages. We close tickets.
What Serene Resolve is, in plain words, and why it is built around tickets instead of messages.
Serene Resolve is an AI support desk for businesses. It answers your customers on chat, email and phone, resolves what it safely can, and hands the rest to a person with the full picture attached.
That sentence is the whole idea. A message waits for someone to get back to it. A ticket is a piece of work with a history and an end. Serene Resolve is built around the ticket.
Every request becomes a ticket
A request that comes in from the chat widget, email, a web form or the API becomes a ticket. Every change to that ticket is recorded, so you can always see who or what did something, and when.
Three ways a ticket gets closed
- Answered instantly: known answers, straight from your approved library.
- Resolved by the agent: lookups and small actions, inside limits your team sets, every step recorded.
- Handed to a person: money, complaints and anything sensitive, with a summary and a draft ready.
How each one works, step by step, is in How the three tiers work.
It knows what it must not handle alone
Some topics always go to a person: refunds and credits, legal threats, complaints about staff, security incidents, account deletion and anything involving minors. The agent doesn’t try. It hands the ticket over.
The limits on what the agent can do are enforced by the system itself, not left to the AI’s judgment. If someone tries to talk it into something, the action is still refused.
When a person takes over, nothing is lost
A handoff carries the reason, a short summary of what the customer wants, what was checked and what was tried, and a draft reply the person can edit. Your team starts where the agent stopped, not from the beginning.
You see it work before customers do
A new agent can run in shadow mode first: it drafts answers on real tickets, your team reviews them, and nothing is sent. You switch it to live when you’re happy with what you see, and you can pause it at any time.
