What a test holds
Each test is a real conversation with what a good outcome looks like: facts the answer must contain, actions the agent should or shouldn’t take, and whether it should hand over.
Where tests come from
When your team grades a draft as edited or rejected, the conversation becomes a test automatically.
Tests never touch customers
When the agent runs the tests, nothing is posted and nothing is sent. Actions only run in a practice copy, never against a real account.
A test that contains a password, a card number or a key is refused when someone tries to save it.
