Billing and plans

The plans

• Starter. $49 a month.
• Core. $149 a month.
• Scale. $299 a month.
• Over the allowance. $0.60 for each AI resolution, on every plan.
• Phone calls. $0.10 a minute on every plan, once phone calls are available. They aren’t yet.

These are the current plan prices. They are kept as data, so they can change. Your billing page always shows the prices that apply.

No plan includes free resolutions yet, so on a paid plan every AI resolution counts as over the allowance. Without a plan, nothing is charged, and your billing page still shows your usage.

What counts as a resolution

A resolution is counted when the agent’s reply solves the ticket and goes out to the customer. These are not counted as resolutions:

• answers sent from your answer library
• drafts the agent writes in shadow mode, which are never sent
• tickets the agent hands to a person
• replies that leave the ticket waiting on the customer

Library answers, agent runs and seats are shown on your billing page so you can see your usage. They are not charged.

Your billing page

Open Settings and choose Billing. It shows:

• your plan, and the date it renews or ends
• this period’s AI resolutions, how many the plan includes, and how many are over the allowance, with the sum worked out
• library answers sent, agent runs, and seats
• the total for this period so far
• all three plans, with a button to subscribe or switch

While you’re on a plan, the period runs from your plan’s renewal date. Without a plan, it’s the calendar month.

Choose, change or cancel a plan

1. To start a plan, choose Subscribe and pay at checkout. Your plan changes as soon as the payment is confirmed.
2. To move to another plan, choose Switch. Your plan changes and the price is adjusted for the part of the period that’s left.
3. To stop, choose Cancel. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and then your account has no plan.

If you choose a new plan after cancelling, before the period ends, the cancellation is called off. Every plan change is recorded in your account’s audit log, with who or what made it.
