Getting started with Serene Resolve
In short. Sign up with your email and business name. You get a workspace with your first brand, your ticket views, and full rights as its owner.
Create your account
- Open the sign-up page and enter your email, a password of at least 8 characters, your name and your business name.
- Your workspace opens straight away. Your business name becomes your first brand, and you are its owner, with the right to approve the agent’s requests.
One email address opens one workspace. After five wrong passwords in a row, signing in is locked for 15 minutes.
Find your way around
- Views. Your ticket lists: All unsolved, Needs your approval, Handed off by AI, Assigned to you, With the AI, and Solved by AI.
- AI agent. The agent’s state, its procedures (Skills), Knowledge and answers, Tools and connections, and the Run inspector.
- Workspace. Customers, Reports and Settings.
Settings shows your brands, chat widget installations and team. They can’t be edited from the screen yet.
Start in shadow
The safest start is shadow mode: the agent drafts on your real tickets and sends nothing while your team keeps answering. A pilot account starts every brand this way, and its Pilot screen, under Reports, shows how the drafts compare with what your team sent.
